How fast is data delivered?

Most bundles arrive within a few seconds. If a network is slow, the purchase shows as pending and you’re refunded automatically if it fails.

How do I fund my wallet?

From your dashboard, choose Add money and pay by bank transfer or card. The amount appears in your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.

What if a purchase fails?

Failed purchases are refunded to your Koso wallet straight away and marked as failed in your history. If anything looks wrong, message support from the assistant in your dashboard.

Who can use the overdraft?

Overdraft is offered to eligible customers based on account history. Open Overdraft in your dashboard to see whether you have a limit and what it costs.

Is my money safe?

Payments are processed by licensed Nigerian payment partners. Koso staff will never ask for your password, card PIN or one-time codes.
